Register a company domain so its users share one workspace — the same credits, guide and repository. The first user on the domain is the anchor; new users inherit their balance and files on sign-up. Set an optional max members cap — once the shared pool is full, further users on the domain get their own independent accounts. Never add a public provider (gmail.com, outlook.com…) — that would merge unrelated people.
