You're not committed to anything until you see it and approve it. We share mock-ups and prototypes early — well before any heavy build work happens — so we can refine the direction together. Unlimited revisions on the design before we move to build.

If, after all that, it's still not right, you don't pay for the build phase. Honestly, this has never happened — but the promise is there.

Yes — it’s yours. The site is built on your own Wix account, in your name, with your domain, content and customer data all under your control. You can manage billing directly with Wix whenever you like.

You’re never dependent on us to keep it running — take it in-house or hand it to another team any time.

Hosting is included. Your site runs on Wix’s fast, secure global infrastructure — SSL and backups handled for you — so there’s nothing separate to buy or manage.

You connect your own domain (or register one through Wix) and it stays in your name. Business email setup is included as part of every build.

You work directly with the Tiny Panda designers and developers — an official Wix Partner studio — building your site — no account managers, no hand-offs to juniors, no agency layers. For bigger or specialist projects we pull in trusted partners from our extended team (designers, copywriters, our global dev resources for enterprise builds) — but the relationship is always direct with Tiny Panda.

You've got three options — pick whichever works best for you:

1. Do it yourself, free. Every Wix site comes with free training at handover, so you can update your own copy, swap images, add blog posts and change details yourself in the Wix Editor — all without needing us. Many clients prefer this.

2. We do it, pay-as-you-go. Get in touch when you need something and we'll handle it at £55/hour, billed in 15-minute increments. No commitments, no contracts.

3. Annual support agreement. For peace of mind on simpler sites, our basic support plan is £29.99/year — covers ongoing small updates, security checks and quick fixes. Many small businesses find this is the cheapest, easiest option.
