You're not committed to anything until you see it and approve it. We share mock-ups and prototypes early — well before any heavy build work happens — so we can refine the direction together. Unlimited revisions on the design before we move to build.

Yes — 100% yours. The domain is registered in your name. Your content, your data, your customer info — it all stays with you. If you ever decide to move, you take everything with you.

Hosting is optional and entirely your choice. You can host with your own provider (we'll hand everything over ready to go) or host with us — whichever suits you better. We'll talk through the pros and cons during the build so you can make the right call for your business.
Domain registration is on you (£10-15/year direct with the registrar — we'll guide you through it), so you stay in full control. Email setup is included as part of every build.

For bigger or specialist projects we pull in trusted partners from our extended team (designers, copywriters, our global dev resources for enterprise builds) — but the relationship is always direct with Tiny Panda.

2. We do it, pay-as-you-go. Get in touch when you need something and we'll handle it at £55/hour, billed in 15-minute increments. No commitments, no contracts.
3. Annual support agreement. For peace of mind on simpler sites, our basic support plan is £29.99/year — covers ongoing small updates, security checks and quick fixes. Many small businesses find this is the cheapest, easiest option.
